A few weeks ago, I was looking for a reliable courier company to pick up some packages from Singapore for my son.
I was hoping that it would be the best option, because I have always been impressed by Singapore’s great and friendly customer service.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
My Singapore courier company delivered my parcel to a place I had not heard of, which was very surprising to me.
It took me quite a while to get a response to my inquiry, because Singapore has some of the worst customer service in the world.
So what was going on?
Singapore has a notoriously bad reputation when it comes to delivering things to destinations, with some people claiming that the country doesn’t deliver on time.
The answer is, in my opinion, that Singapore has the worst service in Singapore.
While Singapore has been hit hard by a huge wave of cyberattacks, the country’s government has also been targeted.
In June 2017, Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had to cancel a state visit to Russia because of cyber attacks.
That same month, the Ministry of Education (MOE) was also hacked.
There have also been a number of high-profile cyberattacks on banks and financial institutions, leading to widespread banking failures.
Then there are the high-tech attacks against Singapore’s government.
And then there are its huge construction projects.
Most recently, the government was forced to cut the height of a two-storey building in Singapore because of a security breach.
Despite the many problems Singapore has faced, Singapore is one of the world’s most active economies, with nearly a quarter of the country employed in the construction sector.
However, Singapore does not deliver on its promises to improve its service, as one Redditor put it: “They promise us more service, but they deliver less service.”
In the end, I decided to go with my favourite Singapore courier service.
Singapore is one the worlds most active economy.
According to its latest annual report, the number of Singaporeans working in the city’s construction sector has grown by 10.7 percent in the past five years.
Its employment rate is nearly 80 percent, according to the latest figures released by the Ministry for Development and Employment.
Yet, despite this success, Singapore remains a place where delivery on time is not guaranteed.
Singaporeans are often frustrated with their courier companies, and have taken to the Internet to complain about the service they receive.
Some have even set up a Facebook group dedicated to the service, which has received over 7,600 members.
A few days after I posted my question, I received an email reply from the Singapore courier team.
“Unfortunately, we can not take any responsibility for the service delivery issues that have been reported,” the email read.
This email came as a bit of a surprise to me, because the courier team has done its best to improve on the service.
They have created a dedicated Facebook group, called Singapore Courier, and set up an email address to respond to all of my queries.
One of the reasons that I was so surprised to receive the reply was because I had asked the courier company directly to send me a reply to my query, and to send my response as soon as possible.
However, the email did not respond at all.
As a result, I felt that the Singapore Courier team was either not doing its job or that the company was not doing their job.
For example, the team has posted several new features on their website to improve customer service, such as the ability to quickly and easily change delivery schedules, which have helped Singapore courier companies to deliver to me quicker.
But the team still has not received my reply.
When I finally received a reply, it contained an apology.
To my surprise, the reply thanked me for asking about my problem and said that they were working on it.
But I was still disappointed that the courier service had not yet received my email.
Even though the team promised to respond within a week, I still do not believe that they will.
Instead of taking the initiative to respond, I would suggest that Singapore Courier start a new thread on Facebook.
I hope that the team will take a positive approach to improving its service.
But I am disappointed to see that the service has not yet improved.
What to do if you are the courier of a delayed delivery order in Singapore?
I would suggest starting a new Facebook group and asking Singapore Courier to send a reply within a few days.
If you are in the Singapore area and need a reliable delivery company, I suggest you contact them directly and explain to them how your problem was resolved.
Hopefully, they will be more than happy to take on this responsibility.
