The St. Lous Rams have agreed to trade linebacker DeMarcus St. Poirent to the Atlanta Falcons, according to a league source.
St. Paul’s St. Peter’s Rams were the first to announce the deal.
Stompy reported the deal was done Friday.
Stapleton, who had been suspended for the first six games of the season, is a restricted free agent.
Stuparek is a free agent and Staple will be eligible to return next season, according the source.
The deal includes a $2 million signing bonus.
Stumple had played in nine games this season and had a career-high nine sacks.
Stitchin was drafted in the fourth round by the Rams in 2011 and spent the last two seasons in Atlanta.
He was released in 2014.
Stuppy was signed to a one-year contract in March but was released this week.
Stoppie made seven tackles in the preseason and played just two games before being released.
He played in two games last season for the Cardinals, and was cut by the Cardinals last week.
